Ok ... I search around the internet [including Lowyat Forum] and ask around in real life as well, seems no one know how the actual process to register KSWP EPF for the first time since they updated the way to register, most thread here are so old that the info is very outdated such as going to the KWSP outlet and so on, therefore, i decided to write this guide so that for the 1st timer who wanted to register for EPF will not waste more than the require money and time like i did
Note :: Experience by local/malaysian, not sure about foreigner, sorry about that ...
KWSP Official Site :: http://www.kwsp.gov.my/portal/ms/web/kwsp/home
1 - Look for the nearest KWSP kiosk around you by visiting the site below ...
http://www.kwsp.gov.my/portal/en/reach-us/kiosks-location
2 - Go to the kiosk and touch the freakin screen to select language ...
3 - Insert your IC/Identification Card when the screen instruct you to including scanning your thumb print ...
4 - If it is your 1st time registering KWSP/EPF, it will ask such question on screen, follow the instruction including key in your information, activation pin and so on ...
5 - After all those process it will print out a statement, if the machine papers still available, LMAO ...
6 - The final part is to visit the official site, again at http://www.kwsp.gov.my/portal/ms/web/kwsp/home ...
Extra Detail Steps for the site ...
- Press login button on the KWSP homepage and select login
- Under the login section there is a hyperlink name "login for the 1st time" something like that, click that button HARD
- After that just key in your IC/Identification Card [Assuming that it is your 1st time, you don't have a EFP No]
- Enter your pin that you made at the KWSP kiosk if asked, after that just fill in your information as instructed such as new password, secret questiona and so on ...
Note :: If you forget your pin, just went back to the kiosk and make a new one ...
Hope this help you save some money and time ... Good Luck & God Speed
Well, if you still don't know how after reading the guide above ...
I guess your only way is to go to the KWSP outlet counter not kiosk and ask for LIVE guide, they even do the online part with you ... so ... yeah ... yay ~

What Mr. Norm say is correct, but not all kiosk is able to do that. Only those kiosk that located at the kwsp office able to undergo kiosk EPF registration. If those that located at the third parties premises are only for registered member only. The process is very fast. Around 5 minutes for me to register as EPF member. I did my kiosk registration at Shah Alam office. Alot of parking available and the environment is good.

it's quite a clear cut process. take ic, head over to the kiosk and slide it in. confirm details and have the kiosk print out a receipt. then call to confirm when a week's passed.
